Angela Hoodoo is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Granada, currently based in Malaga. Her debut album, ‘Coyote’ (FOLC Records, 2023), is inspired by North American roots music. The repertoire encompasses genres such as western swing, rhythm-and-blues, alt-country, folk, and rockabilly, among others. With all this, Angela Hoodoo demonstrates a broad mastery and knowledge of the musical tradition of the USA. On stage, she exhibits a brilliant stage presence, accompanied by prominent musicians from the Malaga scene. At the Jamboree, she will be part of a tour that began in September 2023. Since then, she has presented her debut album in renowned venues and festivals across almost the entire Spanish geography. At the moment, Angela Hoodoo is preparing her next single and is immersed in the production of her second solo album, scheduled for next year.
