The Flying Shepherds began with the initiative of three of the most interesting young musicians on the Barcelona scene – JofreFité, Alan Pribizchuk and Andrea González – captivated by the music of modern jazz and fusion artists like Brad Mehldau, Shai Maestro, EST and Nate Smith. A staple of Jamboree jams, The Flying Shepherds often perform with established musicians from the local scene. The aim of these meetings is to blend youth and experience to achieve an energetic live show with an up-to-date repertoire. This time, they will enjoy the presence and art of the excellent and well-known trumpeter David Pastor: a jam that’s easily as good as a really top-class concert.
