Hernán Senra ‘Chino’ is one of the outstanding musicians of the Barcelona scene, a versatile artist who never goes unnoticed on any stage. Solo musician, composer, arranger and entertainer, his technique on the slide guitar and his charisma as an “entertainer” have led him to perform concerts in halls and festivals in Europe and America. Born in Argentina and resident in Barcelona since 2001, he has become one of the local artists with the most international exposure. The blues has always been and will be his first love. However, over time, he has approached genres such as gypsy-jazz, tango, bolero, flamenco and traditional Argentine music, always with the ressophonic guitar as the protagonist. Among other merits, in 2013 he came second in the European Blues Challenge, the most important blues competition in the Old Continent.
