The Sant Andreu Dixie Band is a group that emerged from the Sant Andreu Jazz Band (SAJB) with a dixieland repertoire – songs like ‘That’s a plenty’, ‘Just a Closer Walk With Thee’, ‘Royal Garden Blues’, ‘China Boy ‘ and others—and from the golden age of swing—’Did You Call Her Today,’ ‘Basin Street Blues’ and other songs. The combo is made up of some of the SAJB’s youngest musicians, new talents who masterfully interpret the best classical jazz repertoire. A great way to start the new year.
