We are Trip Hole, a young group born from the encounter between a rapper from the underground scene of Barcelona and six passionate (or simply young and promising) instrumentalists.

Our intention is to traverse different musical styles, such as rap, jazz, and funk, in an innovative way to create our own sound, a fresh and personal blend, refusing any assimilation to a predefined genre.

Our lineup consists of SoloJohn (MC) and five instrumentalists: Costantino Stamatopoulos (tenor saxophone), Samuel Pike (electric bass), Hugo Menendez (electric guitar and flute), Jean Sarrouy (keyboard and vocals), Alvaro (drums).

Each member of the group brings their own musical influences and background, contributing their specificity and richness to Trip Hole. The entire instrumental section was formed at the Superior Conservatory of Jazz and Modern Music of Liceu in Barcelona.
