Singer and songwriter Tori Sparks hails from Chicago and has been performing an average of 150 concerts a year since she was 18. Over her career, she has performed in 24 countries and at prestigious events such as the Montreux Jazz Festival, SXSW, and the Jardins de Pedralbes Festival. Sparks captivates audiences with her approachability, sense of humor, and extraordinary talent for improvisation. Over a decade ago, she moved to Barcelona. She is the author of seven solo albums, and some of her songs have been featured in commercials and series such as ‘SkyRojo’ (Netflix). Regarding the press, she has received praise from outlets like La Vanguardia —”An impeccable fusion of styles”—, Rolling Stone —”Bold, daring”—, and the La 2 program ‘Los conciertos de Radio 3’ —”True art”. At Jamboree, she will perform with her band, featuring a repertoire of blues, rock, and roots music.
