The POYO MOYA TRIO is a project born in the city of Barcelona in 2020, featuring Cristian Poyo Moya on piano, Oriol Fontanals on double bass, and Reginald Vilardell on drums. The trio blends various styles of Afro-American music such as Blues, Swing, Ragtime, Jazz, and Stride Piano.
With the piano at its core, the trio’s live performances exude elegance and virtuosity, presenting a powerful, diverse, and tightly synchronized repertoire.
