Present the EP Cambió la hora
Lídia Facerías piano, Edu Pons alto and soprano sax and clarinet.
Lídia Facerías and Edu Pons come to the Jamboree to present an EP, Cambió la hora, clearly focused on melody. The album includes a series of their own pieces inspired by genres as diverse as gospel and classical music and influenced by composers of the calibre of Egberto Gismonti, Charles Lloyd and Abdullah Ibrahim. In their careers, they have performed at prestigious festivals such as Fara Music Jazz in Italy.ç
Since September 2021, every Tuesday, the Jamboree room has been programming music students with a higher degree at the Liceu Conservatory, the ESMUC or el Taller de músics. In this way, Jamboree connects with emerging musicians on the city scene, contributing to their artistic and professional development.
All college or graduate students have a 50% discount on Jamboree tickets.
Jamboree is the stage where great musicians take on one of the first professional challenges: to transmit what they have learned; the music.
And at the same time they will integrate all the exciting learning that a room and an audience like the Jamboree can offer.
