André Marques, pianist for the legendary Hermeto Pascoal since 1994 and a two-time Latin Grammy nominee, is one of the most prominent figures in contemporary Brazilian jazz. With over 30 years of experience, he has brought his music to the world’s most prestigious stages, blending jazz with Brazil’s vibrant rhythms.
His acclaimed album “Viva Hermeto”, recorded alongside John Patitucci on bass and Brian Blade on drums, showcases his virtuosity and creativity.
