Álex Duato is a young pianist, singer and composer with one foot in jazz and the other in the very latest music. He has already performed several times at the Jamboree. This time, he will play in a trio with Abril Saurí, on drums, and Eric Elias, on bass – his classmates at ESMUC but above all lifelong friends. Not surprisingly, Duato likes to make music with the people who inspire him the most. Together, they will perform a series of songs by Duato himself so you can find out a little more about the artist’s extraordinary, unique personality.

ML Quartet is a band with its own style and tunes – a group influenced by modern jazz, traditional music, flamenco and improvised sounds. Their concerts represent a journey through music, with the audience is immersed in various sound spaces. The musicians then interact and improvise ingeniously. ML Quartet is undoubtedly an example of creativity among the new jazz generations.

Lourdes Trujillo vocals, Leo Golo keyboard, piano & vocals, Carlos Gálvez bass, Jordi Doben drums.

Lour is the pseudonym of the Valencian singer and composer Lourdes Trujillo. Born in Sagunt in 1992, she felt the need to express herself through music, singing and dancing from a very young age. She began to train as a classical musician until she discovered Afro-American music. Impeccable from a technical point of view, and with a great stage presence, she then forged her own eclectic style. Since 2015, Lour has been living in Barcelona, where she has studied jazz and modern music. She recently went through a period of regrouping, introspection and self-exploration. That experience has been channelled into the composition of the songs for the EP ‘Luna en Leo’, which she will present at the Jamboree.
