In the Swiss city, he is a student at the well-known Jazzcampus, with teachers such as Mark Turner, Chris Cheek, Brad Mehldau, Lionel Louke, Larry Grenadier and Jordi Rossy.

  • Ned Lud ft. O.P.B.

Eric Elías bass, Nestor Pérez guitar, Jordi Doben drums, O.P.B. MC.

Ned Lud takes groove by storm. The influences of r ‘n’ b, hip-hop, jazz and soul, among other styles, and improvisation, close cooperation and fun, are the essential features of this young trio from Sabadell. Theirs is a project with its own identity in the field of composition, production, and experimentation in sound. Another feature is their constant work with other instrumentalists, singers and rappers. This band’s live show is explosive, full of rhythm and energy. The fact is that Ned Lud are constantly creating, and every time they take the stage they set off on a new musical journey. A good example can be found in this session with OPB, a hip-hop artist from Matadepera with an undeniable identity of his own. OPB has released self-produced works such as ‘El Millor Que Ha Passat Mai’ (2021), ‘Dialectic Beings’ (2019), with The Re-Fugees, and several EPs. His style is very versatile in sound and rhythm, with classic BoomBap productions and more Lo-Fi rhythms in the style of trap, among other trends.
