El Chino is now one of the protagonists of Barcelona’s music scene, and his artistic trajectory is undeniable. But how did it all start? When he arrived in Barcelona, El Chino befriended Ivan Kovacevic. Together, they then formed Down Home, a swing quintet that lasted a good ten years. Now, El Chino returns to the group of five musicians, but with the experience and maturity he has achieved over time. To carry out this adventure, El Chino relies on the complicity of: Pol Padrós and Fede Álvarez, on tenors, Fernando Slap, on double bass, and Carlos Falanga, on drums. Undoubtedly, it is a first-rate band.
