The Barcelona saxophonist returns to the Jamboree together with a trio featuring guitar, organ and drums better known as an “organ trio”. In the late 1950s, rhythm ‘n’ blues and jazz saxophonists came together to cook up a new, very powerful sound from just a few elements. The organ trio conquered the club and ballroom circuits of the time. Now, Nel·lo gathers a selection of his favourite compositions and adapts them to that sound, together with other tunes he has composed specially for this new show.
