Da Trio – Jazz with complicity and a contemporary vision

Da Trio is a piano, double bass, and drums trio formed by Christos Yerolatsitis (piano), Xavi Castillo (double bass), and Karles Pérez (drums), with a unique and personal sound identity. Beyond the instrumental setup, the trio is built on friendship, musical complicity, and shared exploration, elements that shine through in every performance.

Although its members come from different places —Cyprus, Terrassa, and Alicante—, Barcelona has become their creative epicenter, where they have developed a sound that respects classic jazz tradition while embracing contemporary influences and new sonic horizons.

Their repertoire includes reimagined jazz standards with original arrangements, where interaction and musical dialogue take center stage. Each piece becomes a space for exploration, spontaneity, and emotion, offering the audience an authentic and refreshing musical experience.
