NY’s vibrant jazz scene moves to Barcelona with the arrival of “Flash of the Spirit”, a project that brings together internationally renowned musicians. Santi Debriano, the acclaimed bassist, leads this line-up alongside Panamanian flautist Anggie Obin, known for her delicate but assertive stage presence. Joining the group are saxophonist Bill McHenry, with his musical poetics that have resonated at the Conservatori Liceu, and drummer Estefania Chamorro, whose promising career is marked by her skill and passion. Together, they will perform a repertoire that promises to be an exquisite fusion of Latin rhythms and contemporary jazz, reflecting the diversity and unique talents of each of its members.
