LLORENÇ COLOMAR
LC Trio
Llorenç Colomar piano, Cala Quintero bass and vocals, Rafa Motila drums and vocals, Simon Taibi guest artist and, Alice Marcon guest artist.
The pianist Llorenç Colomar presents, in trio format, a repertoire based on his own themes and which shows the natural evolution of styles and tastes he has experienced over the years of musical practice. The concert includes more acoustic themes, heavily influenced by jazz, to more modern themes, from genres such as hip hop, funk or soul.
Ricard Gaspar
Ricard Gaspar solo piano.
Ricard Gaspar presents a proposal of improvised music on solo piano. The musician uses certain premises and schemes in order to be able to connect with the public through creativity and emotion. To do this, the musician uses various resources such as minimalism, silences, motifs or completely free improvisation.
Irene Garcés
3, 2, 1… Melting Pot!
Irene Garcés electric guitar, Júlio Bernardo bass, Ramon Macià keyboards, Iñaki Rodríguez drums, Edgar Gómez trombone, Alba Armengou trumpet and, Gabriel Macià percussion.
Irene Garcés presents a musical proposal inspired by fusion, where she synthesizes the learning obtained during her formative years, as well as her career as a guitarist. During the concert he will perform versions of songs by some of the artists who have influenced him the most (Oz Noy, Scott Henderson, Robben Ford…), interspersed with some songs of his own composition. It will be accompanied by a band of luxury musicians and will have several collaborations.
GUILLEM SOLER
Headhunters
Guillem Soler electric bass, Marcos Giménez keyboards and, Roger Calduch drums.
Guillem Soler proposes an immersion in the jazz-funk music of the 70s, more specifically in the Headhunters group, led by the American musician Herbie Hancock. The project shows how the fusion of keyboards and synthesizers with the rhythm section of guitar, electric bass and drums creates totally energetic grooves that never stop moving forward and transforming.
