Swedish saxophonist Fredrik Carlquist, based in Barcelona since 2001, presents Saxophone Conversations, a project built on the dialogue between his tenor sax and Joan Chamorro’s baritone sax — two renowned players from the Spanish jazz scene.
The music flows from the swing era to Carlquist’s original compositions, dynamic and melodic pieces crafted with great attention to detail.
