Omar Alcaide has always had music in his veins. Although he is only 19, Alcaide is already a well-known guitarist, with an unequivocal personal stamp due to his mastery of technique and, at the same time, an open mind and an extraordinary maturity as a performer. During his meteoric rise, he has worked with artists of the calibre of Juanito Makandé, Natos, Pepe Bao, Mo’ Brandis (of the group Incognito), Milko Weaver (from Prince’s band) and Muerdo, among others. He currently works with Juancho Marqués and DORA. At the Jamboree, Omar Alcaide will offer the pieces that make up his solo project which he plans to use on a long-awaited debut album.
