The pianist and composer Mariano Camarasa is leading a new line-up – Uida – alongside some of the greatest talents on the Barcelona scene. Uida is a project that straddles jazz and song, with the search for melody as a starting point. The aim is to give body and life to music born in turbulent times, when somehow everything becomes clearer, and a simple sound becomes a set of hopeful messages in the form of songs.
