Orquesta Ciudad Baigón + Gattaca Nou tango

Born in the City of Buenos Aires in 2007, the CIUDAD BAIGÓN orchestra develops its own style of new tango, with its own songs and instrumental themes, with influences from both Rock and classical music. It is made up of a total of 12 musicians. His first performances were on public roads, in this way he managed to finance his first studio album. To date, he has released 1 live DVD and 4 studio albums, the last one recorded in the mythical studio 2 of Abbey Road-England, mixed by Sylvia Massy and with the participation of the Afro-Peruvian singer in one of her songs. Susan Baca. He has made 9 tours of Europe. In 2016 all its members were named as Outstanding Citizens of Culture by the Legislature of that city. The group also manages its own cultural space called “Galpón B” in Buenos Aires, where it performs most of its concerts and shelters a large part of the current music scene.
In the year 2023 he will be presenting his new studio album.

They are performing for the first time in Barcelona together with GATTACA NOU TANGO, the sextet that has been playing in Barcelona since last year and at the Jamboree since December, with an excellent reception from the public and specialized critics and who is currently recording their first study work.
