Víctor Carrascosa (trumpet), Pablo Martín (tenor saxophone), Marc Capardón (piano), Héctor Tejedo (double bass), and Kike Pérez (drums) come together in this group to pay homage to the legendary sessions of Miles Davis’ first quintet under the Prestige record label. Comprising some of the finest emerging talents in our jazz scene, this ensemble revisits pieces from albums as legendary as ‘Cookin’ (1957), ‘Relaxin’ (1958), ‘Workin’ (1960), and ‘Steamin’ (1961), with deep respect and admiration for one of the most important quintets in the history of jazz.
