Christmas at the rhythm of jazz at Jamboree
The Sant Andreu Jazz Band Reunion presents their brand-new Christmas CD, featuring arrangements by Joan Martí.
Some of the most talented young voices and instrumentalists from Barcelona’s jazz scene will take the stage at Jamboree on December 19 & 23, under the direction of double bassist Joan Chamorro.
This concert reimagines the Christmas repertoire with joy and festive spirit, highlighting vocal performances. Koldo Munné, Èlia Bastida, Clàudia Rostey, Edu Ferrer and Joan Martí, among others, will bring a fresh and unique sound to holiday classics, singing and playing their instruments.
They will be joined by rising stars Lola Peñaranda, Elsa Armengou, Max Munné, Luc Martin, Pau Garcia and Arnau Julià.
A unique Christmas celebration full of jazz, performed by musicians who are — or have been — part of the legendary Sant Andreu Jazz Band.
