In this version of Playground, Media Jarana invites you to explore the music of the popular festivals (jaranas, chinganas, peñas) that are cultivated in the territories of Peru, Argentina and Chile, which represent and stage their tradition of popular music and the miscegenation of their different genealogies. Peruvian waltzes, festejos, landós, zamacueca and huaynos, as well as tango, zamba, chacarera and cueca, will be the guiding threads of a party in which musical projects from these latitudes will participate, recreating the collective and spontaneous character that the characterize. An afternoon in which we also invite numerous friends who know the style to join us in our special Playground.
