American saxophone star Sarah Hanahan<\/strong> joins forces with one of the most exciting jazz musicians of his generation to emerge from Spain, Catalan guitarist Joan Fort<\/strong>. Together, in a dynamic international quartet featuring a top-notch rhythm section with Philip Lewin<\/strong> on double bass and Frederik Villmow<\/strong> on drums, they present an exciting program of original compositions alongside a carefully curated selection of jazz standards and works from the tradition.<\/p>\n

Following the outstanding success of their European tour in February 2026\u2014with sold-out performances, standing ovations, and enthusiastic audiences at some of Europe’s finest jazz venues in Germany, Spain, and Scandinavia\u2014the quartet returns in 2027 for an even more ambitious tour. They will also record their first album together, capturing the remarkable chemistry that has made this ensemble stand out from the very beginning.<\/p>\n
