During the activity, guests will <strong data-start=\"2654\" data-end=\"2716\">be comfortably seated while enjoying a guided wine tasting<\/strong>, creating the perfect atmosphere to learn, chat and discover each wine at their own pace.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2808\" data-end=\"3206\">Guided by renowned Argentine <strong data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2867\">sommelier Agustina de Alba<\/strong>, guests will discover everything they need to get started with wine tasting: how to train their sense of smell, what to look for in each wine, and the key tools and steps to enjoy wine with greater confidence. A dynamic, approachable and entertaining talk that aims to break down myths and make wine an accessible experience for everyone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3600\">For this edition, we will be joined by <strong data-start=\"3247\" data-end=\"3264\">Escala Humana<\/strong>, one of Argentina\u2019s leading wineries, whose philosophy perfectly matches the spirit of HOLA VINO. She discovered her passion for the profession at the age of 15, following a trip to Mendoza, and graduated with a medal of honour from the Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers at the age of 19.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4100\" data-end=\"4443\">She was named <strong data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4145\">Best Sommelier of Argentina<\/strong> in 2008 and 2012, placed <strong data-start=\"4171\" data-end=\"4233\">5th in the Best Sommelier of the Americas 2012 competition<\/strong>, and worked for ten years at some of the world\u2019s most prestigious restaurants, including <strong data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4348\">El Celler de Can Roca<\/strong> (Spain), <strong data-start=\"4358\" data-end=\"4368\">Gaucho<\/strong> (London), <strong data-start=\"4379\" data-end=\"4396\">Alain Ducasse<\/strong> (Africa) and <strong data-start=\"4410\" data-end=\"4430\">Gonzalo Aramburu<\/strong> (Argentina).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4445\" data-end=\"4847\">She currently leads the <strong data-start=\"4469\" data-end=\"4482\">HOLA VINO<\/strong> project, bringing wine culture closer to audiences through her book, tastings, workshops, wine fairs and digital content. Her mission is to provide people with the tools to enjoy wine in a relaxed and open-minded way.
