Feliz aniversario, John Coltrane y Miles Davis<\/strong><\/h3>\n

El a\u00f1o 2026 marca el centenario del nacimiento de dos de los m\u00fasicos e innovadores m\u00e1s importantes de la historia del jazz. Hemos organizado dos ciclos de conciertos breves para rendirles homenaje a ellos y a la m\u00fasica atemporal que nos dejaron, que sigue muy viva a trav\u00e9s de su legado.<\/p>\n

Los m\u00fasicos que participan en este ciclo mantienen una conexi\u00f3n directa o indirecta con estas figuras, ya sea por amistad, por haber compartido escenario o, en algunos casos, por haber formado parte de sus bandas. Cada concierto propone un enfoque diferente: seg\u00fan el proyecto, el repertorio se centra en el universo de John Coltrane<\/strong> o en el de Miles Davis<\/strong>, o bien en su influencia a trav\u00e9s de otros compositores vinculados a sus grupos.<\/p>\n

Centrado en la m\u00fasica de John Coltrane<\/strong> entre 1961 y 1965, con temas extra\u00eddos de los \u00e1lbumes \u00abFavourite Things\u00bb, \u00abA Love Supreme\u00bb, \u00abImpressions\u00bb y \u00abCrescent\u00bb.
\nEl pianista y compositor de jazz Bruce Barth<\/strong> est\u00e1 considerado uno de los mejores pianistas de jazz del mundo. Adem\u00e1s de interpretar su propia m\u00fasica, tambi\u00e9n ha tocado con muchos maestros del jazz y ha colaborado con los m\u00fasicos m\u00e1s destacados de su generaci\u00f3n. Ha colaborado durante mucho tiempo con Terence Blanchard<\/strong>, Terell Stafford<\/strong>, Stanley Turrentine<\/strong> y Tony Bennett<\/strong>, y ha compartido escenario con Freddie Hubbard<\/strong>, Tom Harrell<\/strong>, James Moody<\/strong>, Nicholas Payton<\/strong> y Branford Marsalis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
