How do I get to Jamboree what time does it open?

Jamboree is located at Plaça Reial n17, next to the Rambles. The box office is open from 5 pm to 11 pm.

What is the minimum age to enter Jamboree?

There is no minimum age to attend concerts starting before 10:30 PM.

For concerts starting at or after 10:30 PM, the minimum age for entry is 18+.

Is there access and areas for people with reduced mobility?

Room 1: No adapted access available.
Room 2: Yes, adapted access available.
Room 3: Yes, adapted access available.

Is there a dress code?

Entry is not allowed with T-shirts bearing emblems of sports teams or political parties, nor with flip-flops or beachwear.

Is there a wardrobe service?

There is no wardrobe service during the concerts.

Tickets information

I can't find my ticket, what do I do?

Check that it has not been retained in the Spam folder of your mail. If you have not received it, you can contact us via the email info@masimas.com

Can I request a refund or exchange for a ticket?

No changes or refunds for ticket purchases will be accepted under any circumstances.

Can I buy tickets at the box office or do I have to buy them in advance?

Tickets can be purchased at the door, but advance purchase is recommended to guarantee entry.

Is there any kind of discount?

At Jamboree we love to collaborate with agencies, hotels, tour operators, etc. If you are interested in selling tickets for Jazz concerts, you can contact us by writing to info@masimas.com or by calling 93 319 17 89 (from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday).

Is it possible to rent the venue? How?

If you want to rent Jamboree for a private event, you can contact us via info@masimas.com or by calling 93 319 17 89 (working hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).

Want to perform at Jamboree?

Explain your proposal with photographs and videos by filling out and submitting this form with your proposal. Our team of programmers will evaluate the answer and get in touch in case of interest. The venue is scheduled at least two months in advance.
