GMS Live was born from a very simple idea: bringing to the stage the music created within Green Music Studios.
Each edition brings together artists who have passed through the studio to share original projects, build connections, and provide a platform for proposals that rarely find a place within Barcelona’s usual music circuits.
More than a concert series, GMS Live aims to contribute to an open independent scene where genres such as alternative R&B, nu jazz, electronic music, neo soul, jungle, trip hop, experimental hip hop, and other underrepresented sounds can coexist.
It is also a way of connecting the local scene with international artists and fostering a creative exchange that reaches beyond the usual bubble.
GMS Live presents:
Oran Ray (Berlin)
A drummer and electronic artist based in Berlin, Oran Ray challenges genre boundaries. Combining live percussion, modular synthesizers, and the improvisational spirit of jazz with the hypnotic pulse of underground techno, he creates immersive performances where organic grooves meet richly textured electronic soundscapes.
Inspired by Berlin’s iconic electronic music scene, he has developed a distinctive style that fuses the raw energy of live drumming with modular synthesis. He is currently working on his debut EP, scheduled for release in January 2026 through PFR Records NY, further establishing his voice within the live electronic music scene.
Gosset Malvat
They explore the intersection of new jazz, neo soul, and hip hop, combining improvisation, groove, and a contemporary sensibility. Their sound moves between jazz tradition and today’s urban aesthetics, drawing inspiration from artists such as Robert Glasper, Yussef Dayes, and Underground Canopy.
GF CORN CRACKER
Making their debut, the Barcelona-based duo formed by Dafabi and Martin Greiner combines guitar, drums, and live production to create an ever-evolving sound. Blending nu jazz, jungle, electronic music, and experimentation, their performances merge improvisation, intense rhythms, and soundscapes that move between the organic and the digital.
Standing concert.
