Horse Jumper of Love celebrate the tenth anniversary of their self-titled debut album, recorded in 2016 in a Boston basement by three teenagers whose only expectation was to make back the money they had spent on recording. Originally released on Bandcamp and cassette, it found an unexpected audience, leading Run For Cover Records to release it on vinyl. A decade later, it stands as an essential record of 2010s slowcore and shoegaze, influencing bands such as They Are Gutting A Body of Water and Teethe.
To mark the occasion, the band presents a remastered deluxe edition featuring thirteen previously unreleased tracks, including demos, B-sides and alternate versions.
