Swiss accordionist Anatole Muster is redefining what the instrument can do and bringing it to a wider audience. In his live shows, he plays not only the traditional button accordion, but also two signature instruments: a laptop keyboard and a MIDI-controlled “breathalyzer” synth.
His global network of close collaborators includes LA heavyweights Kiefer and Louis Cole, as well as leading jazz and fusion bassists Hadrien Feraud and Federico Heliodoro. His first two albums — Wonderful Now (2024) and hopecore (2025) — have broadened his appeal, with total streams across all platforms now approaching ten million.
Anatole Muster is optimistic by nature, makes light of complexity, and is completely driven to create music that is truly uplifting.
