HOLA VINO x Escala Humana
HOLA VINO is an experience designed for anyone who wants to discover the world of wine in a relaxed, practical and open-minded way. During the activity, guests will be comfortably seated while enjoying a guided wine tasting, creating the perfect atmosphere to learn, chat and discover each wine at their own pace.
Guided by renowned Argentine sommelier Agustina de Alba, guests will discover everything they need to get started with wine tasting: how to train their sense of smell, what to look for in each wine, and the key tools and steps to enjoy wine with greater confidence. A dynamic, approachable and entertaining talk that aims to break down myths and make wine an accessible experience for everyone.
For this edition, we will be joined by Escala Humana, one of Argentina’s leading wineries, whose philosophy perfectly matches the spirit of HOLA VINO. During the experience, guests will taste three wines from the Livverá range, a selection of high-end Argentine wines that will offer an insight into the work, identity and quality of this renowned winery through a guided tasting.

About Agustina de Alba
Agustina de Alba (Buenos Aires, 1987) is a sommelier and one of Argentina’s leading voices in wine communication. She discovered her passion for the profession at the age of 15, following a trip to Mendoza, and graduated with a medal of honour from the Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers at the age of 19.
She was named Best Sommelier of Argentina in 2008 and 2012, placed 5th in the Best Sommelier of the Americas 2012 competition, and worked for ten years at some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants, including El Celler de Can Roca (Spain), Gaucho (London), Alain Ducasse (Africa) and Gonzalo Aramburu (Argentina).
She currently leads the HOLA VINO project, bringing wine culture closer to audiences through her book, tastings, workshops, wine fairs and digital content. Her mission is to provide people with the tools to enjoy wine in a relaxed and open-minded way. In 2023, she was recognised by the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) as one of the five best wine communicators in the world.
