Ahmed Soultan – Afrobian Vibes Across the World
Ahmed Soultan knows where he comes from, and so does his music. Authentic and unapologetic, since his debut album Tolerance (2005) he has carved a unique path—far from trends, rooted in the human and artistic values of his Moroccan village, between surf and saffron.
His signature style, Afrobian, blends hip-hop, funk, and soul with ancestral Arab and Amazigh sounds: the darbuka, the ribab, the healing Gnawa guembri. Music that beats to the pulse of today yet carries the timeless essence of tradition.
Crowned Best African Artist and Best African Album of the Year at the All Africa Music Awards 2016, Soultan has become a powerful voice connecting cultures and audiences worldwide. Along the way, he has collaborated with global legends such as Ne-Yo, RZA, Femi Kuti, Fred Wesley, Pee Wee Ellis, and George Clinton.
His latest project expands the journey even further, featuring diverse collaborations with artists like Nana Mendoza (Mexico) and Di’Ja (Nigeria, Sierra Leone), proving once again that Afrobian music is a universal language of roots, identity, and connection.
