Arecio Smith Trio – Hammond on the Edge

Versatile keyboardist and organist Arecio Smith, a key figure of the Catalan scene for over two decades, brings to Jamboree a project where the rock organ takes absolute center stage. In this concert, Arecio revisits iconic songs that shaped his musical youth—pieces where the organ was never originally present—and reimagines them through a powerful blend of rock, jazz and blues.

Joining him is the multifaceted Serbian guitarist Dusan Jevtovic, known for collaborations with legends such as Tony Levin, Gary Husband and Marko Djordjevic. The trio is completed by drummer Eloi López, a highly sought-after musician in television productions, recording studios and major tours.

The result is a unique sonic cocktail: a bold repertoire rebuilt from the ground up, explored through the deep, electrifying voice of the Hammond organ, which becomes the true protagonist of the night.
