Decades after making history with James Brown and George Clinton, trombonist Fred Wesley returns to his jazz roots with a fresh new project: Generations.

Formed with Italian organist Leonardo Corradi and French drummer Tony Match, the trio first came together to honor the soulful jazz of Jimmy Smith—and discovered an undeniable chemistry that lives on today.

Now 81 and still grooving after 67 years on the road, Wesley presents his Jubilee Anniversary Tour: pure funk, heartfelt jazz, and intergenerational soul.
