Latin Grammy winner and multiple-time nominee for both the Latin Grammy and the Grammy Awards, Mireya Ramos is a vocalist, musician, composer, producer, arranger, and founder of Flor de Toloache, New York’s first and only all-female mariachi. Her artistic vision blends influences ranging from R&B and soul—strongly rooted in her Latina identity—to genres such as mariachi, cumbia, salsa, and merengue, creating an authentic, powerful, and contemporary sound.

Thanks to her versatility, improvisational skill, and unmistakable vocal tone, Mireya has established herself as one of the leading voices of New York’s Latin music scene. Following the release of her debut solo album Mireya, featuring collaborations with Flor de Toloache, Gaby Moreno, Haydée Milanés, Camilo Lara, Adrián Quesada, Velcro, and the legendary Mike Garson, she presents in 2025 her new album Guerrera: an intimate narrative about the grieving process after the end of a relationship and the emotional stages a woman experiences along the way.

Throughout 2025, she has brought her music to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and the United States. She also appeared on Tiny Desk alongside Adrián Quesada as part of the Boleros Psicodélicos project and is currently preparing a new cumbia-focused production featuring collaborations with artists such as Diana Burco, Mauricio Mesones, Los Mirlos, Cyrille Aimée, Julieta Rada, Los Texmaniacs, and Los Malagueña, among others.
